智通财经APP讯，亿华通(02402)发布公告，本公司及本公司的全资附属公司唐山谦辰新能源发展有限公司(唐山谦辰)近日收到佛山市飞驰汽车科技有限公司(佛山飞驰)以原告人身份于广东省佛山市中级人民法院提起针对(其中包括)唐山谦辰及本公司(分别作为第二及第四被告人)的民事诉状(民事诉状)。
根据民事诉状，佛山飞驰寻求(包括但不限于)：
(a)唐山瀚逸氢能科技有限公司(即第一被告人)及唐山谦辰(即第二被告人)须向佛山飞驰支付(i)约人民币1.94亿元，即根据若干汽车采购合同应付的购车款项;及(ii)基于本金额约人民币1.94亿元，按全国银行间同业拆借中心公布的一年期贷款市场报价利率上浮50%计算，自2026年5月11日起至应计款项全数付清之日止所计算之利息;
(b)本公司须就唐山谦辰所欠债务共同及各别承担责任;及
(c)该等被告须就民事诉状承担受理费及保全费。
本公司与唐山谦辰目前正就民事诉状寻求法律意见。根据目前评估及截至本公告日期，预期民事诉状不会对本集团整体的日常营运造成任何重大影响。本公司将透过进一步公告，适时向本公司股东及潜在投资者告知有关民事诉状的任何进一步重大发展。
