投资银行Brown Gibbons Lang & Company周一宣布，将Strategic Thermal Labs（STL）出售给Vertiv Holdings Co．的全资子公司。STL是一家总部位于得克萨斯州乔治敦的热工程公司，专门从事直接芯片液体冷却技术，包括高性能冷板解决方案的设计与开发。

　　STL在应对数据中心、高性能计算和人工智能基础设施领域最严苛的芯片级密度和热挑战方面拥有深厚专业知识和成熟能力。此次收购将增强Vertiv在冷板设计、服务器侧液体冷却和高密度热验证方面的工程能力，有助于模拟真实高密度计算条件，优化热链与动力总成之间的交互。

　　Vertiv首席产品与技术官Scott Armul表示，随着AI和高性能计算将功率密度推向前所未有的水平，在芯片层面理解和解决散热挑战对系统设计、性能和可靠性至关重要，STL带来了解决行业最苛刻芯片级密度和热问题的深厚专业知识和成熟能力。

　　此次收购符合Vertiv通过集成电力、热管理、控制和生命周期服务能力帮助客户应对日益增长的基础设施复杂性的更广泛战略。Vertiv强调，此次收购不会改变其对开放生态系统方法的承诺，将继续支持可互操作、服务器和芯片无关的基础设施解决方案。
