ChainCatcher 消息，韩国金融委员会表示，将尽快提交《数字资产基本法》第二阶段立法政府法案，并将法人加密资产交易指引发布时间与立法进程协调推进，同时拟将数字资产托管纳入独立业务监管，并对强制交易所剥离托管业务持审慎态度。
此外，韩国还将参考欧盟做法，为传统金融机构申请虚拟资产服务商牌照提供更便利的准入机制。对于市场关注的交易所托管业务分离问题，韩国金融委员会表示，目前海外鲜有强制拆分案例，更倾向通过完善行为监管防范利益冲突，而非要求交易所将托管业务独立运营。
