智通财经APP讯，佑驾创新(02431)发布公告，于2026年7月22日，公司拟配售最多2013.24万股新H股，占于本公告日期已发行股份数目的约4.85%及经配发及发行配售股份扩大后的已发行股份数目的约4.63%。配售价为每股配售股份6.23港元。假设所有配售股份获悉数配售予承配人，配售事项的所得款项总额预期合共约为1.25亿港元，而配售事项的所得款项净额预期合共约为1.22亿港元。公司拟将配售事项的所得款项净额按以下金额分配并作以下用途：(i)约70%用于集团无人车及物理AI业务发展，包括新一代无人车产品研发、具身智能与物理AI技术研发、营运平台升级及战略合作项目实施;(ii)约30%用于基础研发平台的升级，包括数据闭环体系的效率提升，高效赋能整车厂解决方案、无人车及物理AI多产品线发展。公司拟于未来两年将配售事项的所得款项净额拨作上述拟定用途。
