智通财经APP讯，同源康医药-B(02410)发布公告，本公司最近已向长兴县人民法院提交一宗案件，对四川汇宇制药股份有限公司(汇宇)提起法律程序，寻求以下司法确认：一份声称与汇宇订立的TY-9591相关合作协议及经销协议并未成立且属无效。
本公司亦收到内江市市中区人民法院就汇宇就据称由本公司与汇宇订立的同一合作协议、经销协议及相关文件所发出的案件受理通知书。两宗案件均已立案，惟尚未在法院审理。
董事会已就该等法院通知及相关法律程序(法律程序)寻求法律意见，并将继续寻求该等意见，同时将继续评估及监察法律程序对本集团的潜在法律、营运及财务影响。经初步咨询本公司中国法律顾问，董事会认为本公司有合理理据对声称的合作协议及经销协议的成立及效力提出异议，可支持本公司的立场，且本公司拟采取一切必要措施以保护其合法权益。截至本公告日期，就董事会所知：法律程序对本集团的整体业务、营运或现金流状况并无重大不利影响;及本集团的业务及营运维持正常。
