　　链上基金份额可提升记录与转让效率，但底层资产估值、赎回安排和投资者资格仍沿用传统管理要求。CPT Markets认为，技术便利不能替代对资产结构和流动性条件的审查。

　　多个网络同时承载同类份额，可能改善分销覆盖，却也增加跨链数据一致性和运营管理难度。服务商需要确保持有人记录、净值更新和权限控制保持同步。

　　未来可关注实际认购规模、二级流动性和费用变化。CPT Markets预计，若运营数据稳定，私募资产代币化将由单点试验逐步转向多平台协作。
