CS PowerTech Inc．作为加拿大太阳能公司（Canadian Solar Inc．，NASDAQ：CSIQ）的子公司及美国最大的硅基光伏太阳能制造商，近日宣布其位于印第安纳州杰斐逊维尔River Ridge商业中心的旗舰光伏电池制造工厂一期工程正式投产。

　　该工厂是美国首个专门生产异质结（HJT）双面N型太阳能电池的设施。结合CS PowerTech在德克萨斯州梅斯基特的组件工厂，该基地为公司构建了一个更加本地化、垂直一体化的美国供应链，以服务于客户并加强关键能源基础设施。

　　预计在全面投产后，该工厂年产能将超过6吉瓦，为印第安纳州南部创造超过1200个技术类就业岗位，并代表近10亿美元的本地投资。公司总裁Rusty Schmit表示，该工厂将生产下一代HJT太阳能电池，支持国内制造业，并最终加强电网可靠性。加拿大太阳能公司首席执行官Colin Parkin强调，HJT技术是下一代高效组件的关键，该工厂体现了公司在美国规模化先进技术的承诺。

　　该工厂一期工程（铭牌产能2.1吉瓦）此前已于4月开始试生产，并计划于7月投入商业运营。公司预计在未来数月内将一期产能提升至满负荷，并计划在年底前启动二期扩建工程。此次投产是加拿大太阳能公司重振美国业务、强化本土制造与供应链韧性的关键一步。
