SpaceX 此前宣布因天气原因将 SpaceX 星舰的第 13 次试飞推迟至 7 月 24 日进行，但尚不确定天气原因是否依然存在。SpaceX 于 7 月 17 日进行了星舰第 13 次试飞的首次尝试，但由于部分猛禽发动机未能按预期启动，自动发射中止程序被触发，首次试飞失败。据悉，SpaceX 目前全力“押注”星舰，并且已经开始拒接 2028 年以后的商业猎鹰火箭发射订单。
