金吾财讯 | 谷歌-C(GOOG)盘前跌逾3%，暂报331.33美元，跌幅3.09%。消息面上，母公司Alphabet周三盘后发布业绩报告显示，截至6月30日的第二季度，实现营收1197.96亿美元，同比增长24%；按固定汇率计算增长23%，连续第12个季度实现双位数收入增长。营业利润同比增长30%至407.7亿美元，营业利润率提升2个百分点至34%。其中，云业务收入大幅超过华尔街预期，并表示云业务已签约但尚未确认收入的积压订单(backlog)增至5140亿美元，首次突破5000亿美元，进一步表明公司大规模AI投资正在转化为商业回报。但Alphabet第二季度资本支出为449.2亿美元，超过市场预期的441.5亿美元。且谷歌进一步上调了全年资本开支指引在1950亿美元至2050亿美元之间，此前预计为1800亿-1900亿美元。消息发布后，市场担忧庞大资本开支能否带来相应回报，谷歌盘后一度跌超4%。
