摩根大通发表研报指，领展宣布出售其持有的悉尼100 Market Street物业50%权益，作价2.26亿澳元，折合约12亿港元，相当于以6.5%资本化率按账面价值出售，占集团整体资产组合规模约0.6%。该行认为交易作价大致符合市场预期，并预期对整体每基金单位分派影响温和，租金收入损失将被单位回购所抵销。该行预期，出售所得款项将主要用于单位回购及投资于亚太区核心零售物业组合，按现价分派率6.3%计算，若全数净收益用于回购，相当于减少单位数目约1.2%。连同早前出售新加坡Swing By @ Thomson Plaza的15亿港元所得，潜在回购规模最高达27亿港元，相当于市值约2.6%。该行维持领展“增持”评级，目标价43港元。
