新浪科技讯 7月23日下午消息，据媒体报道，大量消费者投诉 【下载黑猫投诉客户端】，在大麦、猫眼等处购买薛之谦8月份杭州站演唱会门票时，疑似遭遇系统性“跳票”，付款成功后，订单自动变成了薛之谦7月底的北京站门票。消费者自发组织的维权群内已聚集超过300人，已收集168份错购订单信息，初步统计涉及金额超过15万元。
对此，大麦官方发文辟谣称，近日，网络上出现关于薛之谦“万兽之王”巡回演唱会购票相关的舆情，平台高度重视，第一时间开展全面核查工作。经平台技术团队对演出销售期间系统日志、用户操作链路及服务器数据的全面排查与回溯，确认平台购票系统运行正常，不存在系统自动“跳票”的技术故障。
猫眼官方发文称，经技术部门全流程排查，平台购票系统页面展示、场次跳转、订单生成等环节均运行正常，不存在系统异常跳票、场次信息错乱、订单生成异常等问题。
