智通财经APP获悉，新疆新鑫矿业(03833)再涨超9%，截至发稿，涨6.67%，报1.76港元，成交额956.68万港元。
消息面上，新疆新鑫矿业近日发布公告称，公司收到控股股东新疆有色的通知，新疆有色拟与新疆地矿进行战略重组。双方均为新疆国资委实际控制的企业。公告内容表示，该事项不涉及上市公司重大资产重组，不涉及控股股东或实际控制人变更，亦不会对公司正常生产经营构成重大影响。
公开资料显示，新疆有色与新疆地矿分别在有色资源开发、地质勘查领域具备优势，二者重组被市场普遍解读为新疆国资资源整合的关键一步，也被视作新鑫矿业回归A股的潜在前置动作。但也有分析人士指出，不能简单将集团层面合并等同于上市公司直接注入优质矿产，公司回A进程仍面临多重考验。
