智通财经APP讯，新火集团(01611)发布公告，现有购股权计划于2016年10月27日获采纳，并即将于2026年10月26日届满。根据现有购股权计划的条款，董事会可随时终止现有购股权计划，在此情况下，不得再授出任何购股权，惟现有购股权计划的条文在为落实行使于其终止前授出的任何购股权或按现有购股权计划条文可能规定的其他情况属必要的范围内，仍具十足效力及作用。董事会已于2026年7月21日议决，于新购股权计划获无条件采纳后终止现有购股权计划。

新购股权计划将使公司能够透过授出购股权，继续表扬及肯定合资格参与者对集团作出的贡献或潜在贡献，并使彼等的利益与集团的利益保持一致。除现有股份奖励计划外，公司继续授出购股权的能力为公司提供了另一种更贴合每位合资格参与者需求的激励方式。

根据新购股权计划及任何其他股份计划(包括但不限于现有股份奖励计划)将授予的所有奖励及购股权而可能发行的股份数目上限合共不得超过采纳日期公司已发行股本(不包括库存股份)的10%;及在该限额内，根据新购股权计划及任何其他股份计划将授予服务供应商的所有奖励及购股权而可能发行的股份数目上限，合共不得超过于采纳日期已发行股份总数(不包括库存股份)的1%。
