【格林美：获银行1.44亿元股票回购专项贷款承诺函】格林美公告称，公司于2026年7月16日通过回购股份方案，拟用1亿-1.6亿元自有或自筹资金，以不超10.6元/股回购股份用于股权激励或员工持股计划。近日，公司获中国工商银行深圳市分行《贷款承诺函》，贷款额度不超1.44亿元且不超回购资金总额90%，期限不超36个月，专项用于回购股票。具体以最终借款合同为准。
