　　7月21日，海螺创业发布公告，本公司董事会接获本公司单一最大股东海螺集团通知，基于对本公司未来发展的坚定信心及长期战略投资考量，海螺集团近期在市场上持续增持本公司股份。自2026年2月25日本公司发布该公告后，海螺集团已于市场上增持本公司的股份，于本公告日期，海螺集团直接及间接透过安徽海螺水泥股份有限公司（海螺水泥）及海螺水泥的附属公司合共持有的股份占已发行股份总数接近21%。
