蓝鲸新闻7月23日讯，近日，黑龙江金融监管局发布行政处罚决定书，剑指中信银行股份有限公司哈尔滨分行及相关责任人。罚单显示，中信银行股份有限公司哈尔滨分行的主要违法违规行为是：贷中审查不尽职；时任中信银行股份有限公司哈尔滨松北支行行长姜忠全主要违法违规行为是：贷前调查不尽职；时任中信银行股份有限公司哈尔滨松北支行客户经理王教双主要违法违规行为是：贷前调查不尽职。针对上述违法行为，黑龙江金融监管局对时任中信银行股份有限公司哈尔滨分行风险管理部总经理张国印警告；对姜忠全警告；对王教双禁止从事银行业工作三年。
