德国商业银行利率策略师Rainer Guntermann在一份报告中表示，在欧洲央行料将按兵不动，且行长拉加德并未预先承诺9月份加息，欧元区政府债券市场周四可能会松一口气。目前货币市场预计欧洲央行周四将维持利率不变。不过，该策略师表示，拉加德可能会为9月份的加息敞开大门。Guntermann指出：“10年期德国国债收益率今年迄今已接近3.2%的高位，这应该会提供支撑，而明日公布的采购经理人指数(PMI)可能会提醒市场，经济增长前景依然充满挑战。”他还补充道，能源价格的最新动态也为利率前景增添了变数。
