对冲基金空头今年加大了对英股的押注力度，已披露空头头寸在2026年上半年激增四倍。
眼下投资者认为，新任首相安迪・伯纳姆推出一系列密集政策，或将拓宽英国股票市场的交易机会，投资组合无论做多、做空两端均存在操作空间。
伯纳姆于本周正式就任首相，承诺组建一个聚焦应对生活成本上涨问题的“民生政府”。在周一的就职演说中，他提出要为英国打造一套“新型经济模式”，其中包含一项为期十年的国家再工业化规划；降低住房开支、提升公用事业支出可负担性，成为其施政议程早期核心支柱。
多家对冲基金表示，国内政策重大调整将在英国各大行业催生大量多空交易思路：一方面可以坚定押注前景承压的行业与企业下行；另一方面开展相对价值交易——买入有望受益于伯纳姆新政的公司，同时做空同行业内基本面偏弱的标的。
科尔诺资产管理首席投资官阿利克斯・伍德表示：“当前市场会分化出大量赢家与输家，这对我们而言是利好，我们正期待这种行情分化。当下多重因素交织，酝酿出极具交易价值的市场环境，局势演变速度非常快。”
