智通财经APP讯，礼邦医药-B(09637)发布公告，AP306用于接受维持性血液透析的高磷血症患者的全球IIb期多区域临床试验( ClinicalTrials.gov 登记编号：NCT06712654)已完成首例受试者随机化入组并给药。IIb期试验正在美国及中国的多个临床中心开展。
IIb期试验是一项多中心、随机、双盲、安慰剂对照研究，旨在评估固定剂量 AP306用于接受维持性血液透析的高磷血症患者的安全性、耐受性及降低血清磷的效果。
IIb期试验计划招募约168名受试者，并将其随机分配至AP306六个固定剂量方案组或安慰剂组，治疗期为八周。主要终点为血清磷水平从基线至治疗结束时的变化，次要终点包括达到目标血磷范围的受试者比例及达到血磷控制的时间。IIb期试验的主要研究结果(顶线数据)预计于2027年上半年公布。
