【瑛泰医疗(01501.HK)拟斥资约5512.02万美元进一步收购德晋医疗股权】智通财经APP讯，瑛泰医疗(01501.HK)公布，有关分别收购目标公司已发行股本总额约23.18%及0.79%，于2026年7月23日，公司及其指定全资子公司(即受让人)与上海袤熠若干现有合伙人(即转让人)订立合伙权益转让协议，据此，受让人已同意境内间接收购上海袤熠100%合伙权益，总对价为约5512.02万美元。上海袤熠间接持有目标公司579,866股B轮优先股，占目标公司已发行股本总额约3.85%。
