Alphabet (GOOG) holds $94.1 billion in Space Exploration Technologies (SPCX) shares, the Google parent said Wednesday in a quarterly regulatory filing.

Alphabet said $80 billion of the shares are subject to short-term sales restrictions and $14.1 billion to long-term restrictions through Q3 2027.

Other income and expenses in the quarter ended June 30 included net gains on equity securities of $99 billion, primarily from unrealized gains in its equity portfolio related to SpaceX and a private company, Alphabet said.

Alphabet shares fell 6.4% in Thursday trading as the broader market slumped, and SpaceX rose 0.5%, erasing earlier losses.
