路透首尔7月22日 - 韩国一位总统府官员周三表示，政府与在美国上市的电商公司Coupang之间的纠纷，并未延缓与华盛顿就贸易、投资计划或安全合作进行的磋商。
国家安全顾问魏成禄在新闻简报会上表示，Coupang事件涉及一起已通过法律程序确认的数据泄露事件，涉及超过3,300万条记录。他驳斥了该公司关于泄露规模仅约3,000例的说法，并指出相关讨论应以已确认的数字为依据。
魏成禄还表示，韩国认为美国可能根据《301条款》加征关税，同时指出首尔方面正在就关税相关问题继续与华盛顿进行磋商。
