明治控股宣布，将把其在中国的牛奶、优酪乳等业务出售给中国澳亚集团(2425.HK)旗下的上海澳雅食品，转让金额约76亿日元(约3.7亿港元)，今后将把经营资源转向作为重点领域的可可业务。 明治此次拟出售的包括，从事雪糕销售等业务的“明治(中国)投资”旗下的牛奶、优酪乳业务等，以及其制造子公司“明治乳业(天津)”和“明治乳业(苏州)”。至于同样在中国生产牛奶和优酪乳的“明治食品(广州)”将作为可可业务的生产基地继续保留。 澳亚集团在公告指，此次收购事项乃集团的战略机遇，借以将其业务范围拓展至原料奶生产以外，并巩固其于整个乳制品价值链的地位。交易代价包括基本购买价为3.2亿元人民币及调整金额，购买价上限为3.5亿元人民币，目前预期透过内部资源及外部融资相结合的方式拨付。
