消息面上，今年6月，珍酒李渡召开2025年度股东周年大会，宣布正式上调2026年业绩指引：全年收入增长率从10%上调至15%，经调整净利润从6亿元上调至8亿元。长城证券发布研报称，业绩指引上修验证“万商联盟+大珍”组合的商业可行性。
值得注意的是，7月17日，茅台宣布年内第二次提价。东兴证券指出，此次茅台提价对于其他酒企来说，意味着行业天花板上行，更有利于缓解酒企整体的价格下行压力。此次涨价意图虽然不是从需求复苏角度出发，但是从侧面也反映出需求的韧性，有助于缓解资金对食品饮料行业需求疲弱的担心，或推动食品饮料行业估值重估。
