路透7月23日 - 国防科技公司Lyntris周四在提交的美国首次公开募股（IPO）申请文件中披露，其上半年营收实现大幅增长。
根据该申报文件，私募股权公司Trive Capital是Lyntris的最大股东，持股比例约为69%。
随着地缘政治紧张局势激发投资者兴趣，国防类公司首次公开募股（IPO）正逐渐受到关注；与此同时，韧性十足的股市和强劲的需求也鼓励企业寻求上市。
Lyntris 提供的国防技术有助于美国及其盟军侦测威胁、加快决策并精准应对。
这家总部位于弗吉尼亚州福尔斯彻奇的公司在截至6月30日的六个月内，实现营收2.41亿美元，净亏损1300万美元；而上年同期，公司营收为1.791亿美元，净亏损为970万美元。
2025年，该公司为200多个美国及盟军国防项目提供了支持，其中没有任何单个项目占公司营收的比例超过7%。
Lyntris将在 纽约证券交易所上市，股票代码为“LYNX”。
