Dawning Information Industry (SHA:603019) completed its 8-billion-yuan convertible bond offering.
Existing shareholders subscribed to 4.1 million lots, while online public investors took 3.9 million lots, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
A total of 51,952 lots, or 0.65% of the total, were abandoned. Lead underwriter CITIC Securities will cover the shortfall. The funds will be settled on Tuesday.
Shares of the supercomputer manufacturer were down 4% in recent trade.
