消息面上，韩国总统李在明7月21日要求迅速完善单一股票杠杆交易所交易基金（ETF）制度后，韩国金融委员会决定推动提前实施上周公布的监管补充措施，并已开始与金融业界协商。韩国金融委员会16日公布相关措施，包括提高投资者基本预存资金要求、强化券商和资产管理公司对ETF溢价折价率的管理责任等。
此外，韩国开发研究院多次提醒，韩国经济对半导体行业依赖程度较高，全球芯片周期变化将直接影响出口、投资乃至金融市场。不少分析师预计，如果AI投资继续扩张，韩国龙头企业仍可能受益，但若资本开支放缓或市场重新评估科技股估值，集中资金也可能放大市场波动。
