消息面上，据海光芯正官微消息，近日，公司携全系列硅光互连解决方案亮相世界人工智能大会上，其中面向万卡级AI集群打造的自研硅光芯片方案6.4T NPO光引擎作为下一代AI光电互连核心方案重磅展出。
据悉，海光芯正同时展出覆盖全场景的成熟产品矩阵，可满足AI数据中心机柜内、机柜间、集群间不同层级的互连需求，匹配当前主流AI集群的规模化部署，与6.4T NPO光引擎形成衔接顺畅的产品技术梯队，印证了公司硅光技术路线的延续性与延展性。产品包含400G、800G、1.6T全系列硅光模块，以及有源光缆、液冷光模块等衍生方案。
