【白云电器：获中行3600万元股票回购专项贷款承诺函】白云电器公告称，公司于2026年7月20日通过回购股份方案，拟用2000万-4000万元自有及自筹资金回购股份，用于员工持股计划及/或股权激励，回购价不超22.12元/股，期限12个月。近日，公司获中国银行广东省分行出具的《贷款承诺函》，承诺贷款额度不超3600万元，有效期1年，用于回购公司A股股票。具体贷款以正式合同为准，回购金额及数量以实施结果为准。
