HG Infra Engineering (BOM:541019, NSE:HGINFRA) has transferred its remaining 51% stake in HG Raipur Visakhapatnam OD-5 to Neo Infra Income Opportunities Fund, according to a Thursday exchange filing.
Following the transaction, the special purpose vehicle has ceased to be a subsidiary of the company.
