KC Cottrell Wins Construction Order from Korea South-East Power

KC Cottrell (KRX:119650) secured a construction order from Korea Electric Power Corporation (KRX:015760) subsidiary Korea South-East Power, according to a Wednesday filing with the Korea Exchange.
The contract, valued at 8.63 billion won, is valid till Dec. 29, the environmental industry technology provider said.
Under the deal, KC Cottrell will replace the collecting plates and discharge electrodes for the electrostatic precipitator at Korea South-East Power's Yeongheung Unit 5. The contract amount, contract period, and other details are subject to change depending on the progress of the construction.
Shares of Korea Electric Power added nearly 1% at market close.
