智通财经APP讯，重庆农村商业银行(03618)发布公告，董事会于2026年7月22日接获执行董事、行长隋军先生的辞呈。隋先生由于工作调动，辞去执行董事、行长、首席合规官、根据香港联交所证券上市规则第3.05条委任的授权代表、董事会风险管理委员会主任委员及董事会消费者权益保护委员会主任委员职务。隋先生的辞任自2026年7月22日起生效。
为确保银行经营管理工作平稳有序开展，董事会已审议及批准由董事长、执行董事刘小军先生在行长空缺期间代为履行行长职务，至委任新任行长且其任职资格获得国家金融监督管理总局重庆监管局核准之日止。
董事长、执行董事刘小军先生获委任为授权代表以接替隋先生，与梁颖娴女士共同作为授权代表负责该行与联交所的沟通，自本公告之日起生效。
