7月22日金融一线消息，据国家金融监督管理总局上海监管局行政处罚信息公开表显示，华安财产保险股份有限公司上海分公司因未按规定使用经批准或者备案的保险条款和保险费率、跨区域经营保险业务、编制或者提供虚假的报告、报表、文件、资料，被警告并罚款66万元。同时，胡炯（时任华安财产保险股份有限公司上海分公司总经理助理兼非车险部经理）因未按规定使用经批准或者备案的保险条款和保险费率，被警告并罚款7.5万元；徐晓洁（时任华安财产保险股份有限公司上海市杨浦支公司总经理）因编制或者提供虚假的报告、报表、文件、资料，被警告并罚款1.3万元；毛芸倩（时任华安财产保险股份有限公司上海分公司金山海丰路营销服务部经理）因编制或者提供虚假的报告、报表、文件、资料，被警告并罚款1.2万元。
