新浪科技讯 7月22日晚间消息，百度集团发布公告，香港联交所已确认收到其自愿转换为香港主要上市的申请。此前，百度已于16日公告称，公司董事会授权管理层推进在香港联交所主板自愿转换为主要上市，预计于今年内生效。
市场人士分析，百度上周刚公告推进自愿转换为香港主要上市，本周即获联交所确认收悉申请，显示流程正在快速推进；Jefferies认为百度自愿转换为双重主要上市是积极信号，并且可能有机会在9月纳入港股通。
清华大学战略新兴产业研究中心副主任胡麒牧认为，当前市场给予百度的估值仍基于传统搜索广告模型，对AI业务定价明显不足。纳入港股通之后，百度的昆仑芯、萝卜快跑、智能云等业务都能得到更充分的定价，并进一步反哺公司股价表现和市值修复。（文猛）
