【春晖智控：使用3000万元闲置募集资金进行现金管理】春晖智控公告称，公司2月27日股东会同意使用不超2亿元闲置募集资金、公司及子公司使用不超4.5亿元闲置自有资金进行现金管理，使用期限12个月。近日，公司使用3000万元闲置募集资金购买宁波银行“2026年单位结构性存款7月1M第二期”，起息日为2026年7月24日，到期日为8月24日，产品为保本浮动型，预期年化收益率0.75%或2.00%或2.10%。截至公告日，公司使用募集资金、自有资金现金管理未到期金额分别为2亿元、2.09亿元。
