金吾财讯 | 花旗集团(C)董事会正式宣布最新季度股息分配计划，同步敲定普通股与多系列优先股派息安排，持续回馈股东。公告显示，花旗普通股季度现金股息定为每股 0.67 美元，本次分红股权登记日为 2026 年 8 月 3 日，红利将于 8 月 28 日发放给登记在册的普通股股东。与此同时，董事会批准十余档不同系列非累积优先股股息，涵盖 T、Y、Z、AA 至 JJ 等多个品种，股息率区间 4.15% 至 7.625% 不等。全部优先股统一以 8 月 7 日为股权登记日，8 月 17 日完成股息兑付。对应存托凭证持有人将按照对应份额获取分红，不同系列凭证派发金额存在差异。
