【格里尔：有望在年底前取得美墨加协定阶段性进展】美国贸易代表杰米森·格里尔表示，他期待在2026年底前推动美墨加协定取得阶段性进展；不过特朗普政府寻求与墨西哥、加拿大敲定更强约束条款，谈判或将延续至2027年。“美墨加协定中有部分议题耗时更久才能解决，都是相当关键的问题。”他称。格里尔在参议院财政委员会听证会上表示：“我希望从现在至年底，至少能分别与加拿大、墨西哥达成部分安排。而原产地规则这类核心议题，还有不少人高度关注劳工与环境条款，这些议题需要更多时间磋商，相关讨论或将延续至明年，并同步征询国会意见。”格里尔同时提出，与美国签署贸易协定的国家应当恪守承诺，美方关税是保障协议落地的手段之一。他透露，周二已与加拿大贸易官员通话，对方并未表态计划针对美国拟对加拿大约5%进口商品征收50%关税的举措实施报复。
