ChainCatcher 消息，据日本经济新闻报道，日本改正金融商品取引法已于 7 月 15 日经参议院全体会议表决通过，正式将加密资产（虚拟货币）纳入金融商品监管框架。
新法在强化用户保护的同时，要求交易所缴纳责任准备金，业界普遍预计此举将成为行业淘汰与整合重组的重要导火索。金融厅市场课长斋藤将彦明确表示，金融厅不为加密资产交易背书，亦不作任何推荐。
