ChainCatcher 消息，工商银行上海市分行联动工行新加坡分行，近日成功落地全国首笔依托数字人民币跨境结算综合服务平台“数币达”（CBETS）的中国与新加坡间数字人民币跨境支付业务。该笔近千万元的进口海运费全额通过数字人民币支付，资金当日抵达新加坡收款方账户，实现跨境资金流转“零时差”与“高透明”。服务对象为央企集团贸易平台子公司，日常需向境外采购铁矿石并支付海运运费，跨境结算频次高、金额大。
“数币达”是数字人民币国际运营中心在人民银行数字货币研究所指导下建设的跨境结算基础设施，境外参与者可通过香港接入点“一点接入” 开通业务，兼容集中式与区块链系统，报文标准符合ISO20022。2026年6月16日，首批26家金融机构已签署直接参与者服务协议。此次业务标志着工行依托数字人民币国际运营中心基础设施，打通境内外分支机构一体化跨境清算体系取得标志性突破，至此工行已实现与新加坡、老挝双向数字人民币收付业务的全面覆盖。
