Avidia Bancorp is boosting its quarterly dividend by 20% to 6 cents a share, up from 5 cents.
The new payout, equal to 24 cents a year, represents a 1.2% annual yield based on the company's Thursday closing share price of $20.24.
The dividend is payable Aug. 27 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 18.
