NICE (NICE) said late Thursday it expanded its partnership with RingCentral (RNG) under a new multi-year agreement to resell the latter's RingEX unified communications as a service offering.
Under the deal, the companies will also market and sell RinCental Contact Center powered by CXone for another year, according to a statement.
