海南省人民政府办公厅近日印发《海南省“十五五”服务业发展规划》，其中提出，扎实推进服务业扩大开放综合试点。电信服务领域健全数据交易与安全体系。医疗康养领域放宽机构合作限制和罕见病药品进口限制。金融领域深化合格境外有限合伙人(QFLP)试点，发展绿色金融和离岸贸易。商贸文旅领域优化跨境电商与国际化消费设施。交通领域打通跨境货运绿色通道，探索多式联运新模式。推动制造业与服务业深度融合，培育商业航天、智能网联汽车等新兴产业链。同时优化外资外汇管理、简化口岸流程，放宽外籍人才执业居留限制。完善数据、运输等重点领域的行业规范，推动国际标准互认衔接。
