Dateline Resources (ASX:DTR) said a US District Court granted Dateline and its wholly-owned unit, Colosseum Rare Metals the right to intervene, including the right to participate, in the proceedings brought by the National Parks Conservation Association against the US Department of the Interior, the National Park Service, and related US federal parties, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

Dateline and Colosseum are working with US authorities to uphold Dateline's right to continue its mining activities under its previously approved plan of operations at the Colosseum mine in California.

The proceedings lawsuit challenge the US federal government's April 2025 recognition of the company's valid existing rights at the mine in California.
