智通财经APP讯，吉星新能源(03395)发布公告，本公司预期截至2026年6月30日止六个月(本期间)将录得净亏损及全面亏损约280万加元，较截至2025年6月30日止六个月(相应期间)的净亏损及全面亏损约890万加元减少约68%。
本期间亏损幅度预期收窄，主要归因于以下因素： (1)本公司的营运成本由相应期间的约820万加元减少至本期间的约380万加元，降幅约为440万加元，即约54%，主要归因于本公司在生产营运方面持续实施的成本控制及优化措施;(2)减值收回及撇销金额减少约230万加元，由相应期间的约240万加元降至本期间的约 10万加元;及(3) 本期间录得资产处置收益50万加元，而相应期间则为零。
上述正面影响部分被以下因素所抵销：(i)财务费用增加约150万加元，增幅约132%，由相应期间约110万加元增至本期间约260万加元;及(ii)特许权使用费支出由相应期间约30 万加元增至本期间约120万加元，增幅约80万加元，此增幅与本公司本期间商品销售收入的增长相符。
