Kingsgate Consolidated (ASX:KCN) said the Chatree gold mine in Thailand produced over 200,000 ounces of gold and 2 million ounces of silver since operations restarted in March 2023, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

Plant 1 at the mine continues to operate at around 50% of nameplate capacity, with the modified SAG Mill circuit performing reliably at 120 wet tonnes per hour to 130 wet tonnes per hour. It is working with Metso and specialist contractors to expedite the repairs and return ball mill 1 to full operation as soon as practicable.

Its shares jumped 3% in recent trading on Thursday.
