路透7月22日 - 美国房地产投资信托基金阿瓦隆湾社区（AvalonBay Communities， AVB.N）周三公布了喜忧参半的第二季度业绩后，因即将与Equity Residential（(link)）合并，暂停了全年盈利预期。
今年5月，Equity Residential与AvalonBay Communities宣布达成一项全股票交易，合并后将形成一家企业价值约为710亿美元的住房租赁公司。
阿瓦隆湾社区公布的第二季度核心运营资金（REITs的关键盈利指标）为每股2.86美元，而上年同期为每股2.82美元。
利率上升及关税相关的不确定性使消费者在住房决策上趋于谨慎，从而抑制了新租约的需求。
与此同时，该公司本季度同店住宅收入较上年同期增长1.6%。
按稀释后计算 ，该公司截至6月30日的季度每股盈利为 1.11美元， 低于上年同期的每股1.88美元。
该公司股价在盘后交易中下跌1.4%。
