智通财经APP讯，甘肃银行(02139)发布公告，董事会于2026年7月21日召开董事会会议并通过决议，(1)增补石海龙先生为该行第四届董事会战略发展委员会委员、关联交易与风险控制委员会委员，任期自国家金融监督管理总局甘肃监管局核准其董事任职资格之日起，与第四届董事会任期一致;(2)增补该行非执行董事杨春梅女士为消费者权益保护委员会委员，任期自董事会审议通过之日起，与第四届董事会任期一致。
黄伟超先生已辞任该行公司秘书、香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条项下的该行授权代表，并将不再担任公司条例(香港法例第622章)第16部项下代表该行于香港接受送达法律程序文件及通知的法律程序文件代理人(法律程序文件代理人)，自2026年7月21日起生效。
欧阳丽仪女士已获委任为公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序文件代理人，自2026年7月21日起生效。
