【中国农产品交易(00149.HK)附属就若干设施、机器、设备及大棚订立订立售后回租协议】智通财经APP讯，中国农产品交易(00149.HK)与宏安集团(01222.HK)联合宣布，于2026年7月24日(交易时段后)，钦州宏进(作为承租人之一，为中国农产品的全资附属公司)及开封宏进(作为承租人之一，为中国农产品的全资附属公司)与海尔融资租赁股份有限公司(作为出租人)就售后回租安排订立售后回租协议，售价为人民币6400万元(相当于约7381万港元)。
