洛杉矶地区空中出行平台Surf Air Mobility Inc．宣布，将于8月10日美股收盘后发布2026年第二季度财务业绩，并于美国东部时间当日下午5时举行网络直播会议。

　　Surf Air Mobility总部位于洛杉矶，运营着美国按定期航班计规模最大的通勤航空公司之一，同时提供私人包机服务。公司核心产品是由Palantir Technologies提供技术支持的人工智能操作系统SurfOS，通过BrokerOS、OperatorOS和SurfOS企业解决方案三种模式，服务于碎片化的Part 135私人航空与空中出行市场。

　　公司此前公布的第一季度财报显示，当季营收为2560万美元，调整后EBITDA亏损1230万美元，均优于市场预期。其中包机业务Surf On Demand同比增长77%，但定期航班业务收入同比下降13%。基于成本削减措施（包括航空公司运营成本下降6%、包机成本下降15%及人员精简32%），公司在4月将全年调整后EBITDA亏损指引从此前的4000万至5000万美元大幅收窄至2500万至3000万美元，同时维持全年营收1.28亿至1.38亿美元的预期不变。

　　根据公司此前给出的指引，第二季度营收预计在2700万至3000万美元之间，调整后EBITDA亏损预计为850万至1050万美元，分析师平均预期当季营收约2880万美元。
