在线游戏平台Roblox Corporation（NYSE： RBLX）正面临证券欺诈集体诉讼，投资者申请担任首席原告的截止日期为2026年8月7日。

　　诉讼源于公司年龄验证措施对用户增长的严重冲击。2025年10月30日，Roblox宣布将于2026年1月起在全球推行强制年龄验证，投资者开始担忧政策影响。2026年4月30日，公司发布第一季度财报并大幅下调全年预订额指引至73.3亿至76亿美元，较上季度82.8亿至85.5亿美元的预期缩水近10亿美元，预订额年增速预期仅为8%至12%。公司承认，新版年龄验证措施放缓了新用户获取、弱化了平台社交功能，带来的经营压力远超预期。

　　财报发布次日，股价暴跌约18%至45.13美元。自2025年第三季度以来，日活跃用户已从1.52亿的高位下滑至1.32亿。

　　诉讼指控Roblox及公司CEO David Baszucki、CFO Naveen Chopra等高管在2025年10月30日至2026年4月30日的集体诉讼期间，就年龄验证对增长的冲击作出误导性陈述，夸大有机增长潜力，淡化用户放缓风险。该诉讼已提交至加州北区联邦法院。

　　在诉讼期间购买Roblox普通股并遭受损失的投资者，可在8月7日前向法院申请担任首席原告。首席原告通常为持股量最大的投资者，将代表集体主导诉讼进程。
